3.PROCESSING
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
For items labeled âIn-Stockâ, orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you order after 10 a.m., it will be processed the next business day. For products not labeled âIn-Stockâ, they will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days prior to the âEstimated Delivery Dateâ shown on the product page. Please note that all processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.Â
I ordered multiple items, some of which are "In-Stock" and others are "Pre-Order". How will my order be processed?
Your items will be shipped once all the items are in stock. If youâd like to receive the âIn-Stockâ items sooner, please let us know, and we can arrange separate shipments. Otherwise, âPre-Orderâ items will be processed according to their respective estimated delivery dates.
How will I know when my order has been processed and is ready for shipment?
After your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive notifications via WhatsApp & email, which will include a photo of your package and tracking information.
I placed my order after 10 a.m. on a Friday. When will it be processed?
Orders placed after 10 a.m. on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, excluding public holidays.
Can I expedite the processing of my order?

We ship our products via The Courier Guy. After your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a WhatsApp & email notification containing your tracking number. You can then visit the Tracking Page and enter your tracking (waybill) number to view the current status of your parcel.
Can I collect my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, you can! Collections can be arranged at at 8 Loveday Street, Selby, Johannesburg, 2001. Please note that items are not stored at this location but can be delivered here for collection upon prior arrangement.

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID or Drivers License for verification purposes. This ensures that we hand over the order to the correct person.
How long will you hold my order for collection?
We will hold your order for up to 7 days from the notification date. If youâre unable to collect within this period, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
